At Sora 2, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you’re not happy with our service, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) from your purchase completion. Requests after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Your Sora 2 account must have utilised fewer than 160 credits to qualify for a refund. This ensures refunds are available to users who genuinely haven’t benefited from the service.
