Strictly Prohibited Content & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Sora 2 and align with our payment processor's compliance requirements:

Adult & Sexual Content (NSFW)

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content
  • Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfake pornography
  • Escort services, adult dating, or sexual services

Illegal & Harmful Activities

  • Content promoting illegal activities, drugs, or weapons
  • Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting harm
  • Terrorism, extremism, or hate speech content
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or scam-related content
  • Content violating local, state, national, or international laws

Intellectual Property Violations

  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted material
  • Trademark infringement or brand impersonation
  • Pirated content or counterfeit goods
  • Unauthorized use of celebrity likenesses or public figures

Prohibited Business Models

  • IPTV streaming services or unauthorized media distribution
  • Surveillance, monitoring, or spyware products
  • Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes
  • Charity scams or fraudulent donation platforms
  • Resale marketplaces for restricted goods
  • Unregulated financial services or cryptocurrency schemes

Deceptive Practices

  • Misleading deepfakes without proper disclosure
  • Impersonation for fraudulent purposes
  • Fake news, misinformation, or propaganda
  • Election interference or voter manipulation
  • Identity theft or phishing schemes

Platform Abuse

  • Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Automated scraping or unauthorized API access
  • Account sharing or credential selling
  • Spam, mass unsolicited content, or harassment

Content Responsibility & Disclosure

User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for all content they create and distribute using Sora 2. We do not endorse or claim responsibility for user-generated content.

AI Disclosure Required: When sharing AI-generated content publicly, you must clearly disclose that the content was created using AI, especially for deepfakes, political content, or content featuring real people.

Legal Compliance: Users must ensure their content and its use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights in their jurisdiction.

Enforcement & Consequences

Violation Consequences

  • Immediate content removal
  • Account suspension or permanent termination
  • Forfeiture of unused credits or subscription time
  • Legal action for severe violations
  • Reporting to law enforcement when required

Our Rights

We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take appropriate action at our sole discretion. We may also cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required.

Policy Updates

Payment Processor Alignment

This Acceptable Use Policy is aligned with and incorporates the prohibited products and services list from our payment processor, Creem. Any activity prohibited by Creem's terms is also prohibited on our platform. This includes but is not limited to IPTV services, surveillance products, multi-level marketing schemes, adult content, and other restricted business models as defined by Creem's compliance requirements.
