• Misleading deepfakes without proper disclosure

Acceptable Use Summary

Users are strictly prohibited from using Sora-2 AI to generate content that:

• depicts real individuals without consent (deepfake, impersonation);
• includes adult, pornographic, political, or violent material;
• violates copyright or trademarks of third parties.

4. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all materials you upload and prompts you provide
• AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect or error-free
• The Platform may use anonymized data to improve services
• You must disclose AI-generated content when shared publicly, especially for deepfakes

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Sora 2 respects intellectual property rights:

• You retain ownership of your original uploaded content
• Premium subscription users receive commercial usage rights for generated content
• Free tier users are limited to personal, non-commercial use
• Sora 2 retains all rights to the Platform, technology, and infrastructure

6. Platform Usage Limitations

Platform usage is subject to certain limitations:

• Credit limits and quotas based on subscription tier
