Commercial Use Rights

This Commercial License applies to paid subscription members and grants comprehensive rights to monetize AI-generated content created with Sora 2, including images, music, and videos.

1. Scope of License

Who This Applies To:

All paid subscription members (Basic, Standard, Pro tiers)
Annual and monthly subscription holders

Note: Free tier users are limited to personal, non-commercial use only.

Covered Content:

AI-generated videos from text and image prompts
Video frames and screenshots from generated content
Derivative works created from Sora 2 outputs

2. Usage Rights Granted

As a paid subscriber, you receive full, perpetual, global rights during your active subscription to:

Complete Monetization

Sell, license, or monetize content across all platforms and media

Multimedia Integration

Incorporate into films, advertisements, social media, websites, and applications

Adaptation Rights

Edit, modify, remix, and create derivative works

Client Projects

Use in commercial work for clients and customers

Worldwide Distribution

Distribute globally without geographic restrictions

3. Sora 2 Warranties

Service Rights

To the best of our knowledge, Sora 2 has the legal rights to provide our AI video generation services and grant this commercial license to paid subscribers. However, users are responsible for conducting their own legal due diligence.

Copyright Assurance

To the best of our knowledge, the AI-generated content should not infringe on existing copyrights when you use appropriate prompts and source materials. However, we cannot guarantee absolute copyright clearance and users should verify rights independently.

No Quality Warranties

We make no warranties regarding content quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated results may vary.

4. Limitations and User Responsibilities

Important Limitations:

Liability: Sora 2 is not liable for any losses, damages, or legal issues arising from your use of generated content
Risk Assumption: You assume all risks associated with using and distributing AI-generated content
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Input Materials: You must have appropriate rights to any images, prompts, or materials you upload
Disclosure: You must disclose AI-generated content when legally required (e.g., deepfakes, political content)
Prohibited Use: Commercial license does not permit use in illegal, harmful, or prohibited content (see our Acceptable Use Policy)

5. Attribution

Attribution to Sora 2 is not required for commercial projects, but it is appreciated.

If you choose to provide attribution, you may use: "Created with Sora 2" or "Powered by Sora 2 AI"

6. License Activation

This commercial license takes effect upon:

Activation of a paid subscription (Basic, Standard, or Pro)
Agreement to these terms during subscription purchase

The license remains valid for content generated during your active subscription period, even after subscription ends.
